Udruženje građana „Budućnost“ protekle sedmice je u Višegradu održalo okrugli sto na temu „Važnost psihosocijalnog tretmana počinilaca nasilja u BiH“, na kojem je učešće uzelo veliki broj predstavnika institucija, nevladinog sektora iz Višegrada, ali i susjednih opština.
Okrugli je sto je ujedno bio prilika da se prezentuju rezulati dosadašnjih aktivnosti u projektu „Korak bliže ka eliminaciji nasilja u porodici/Psihosocijalni tretman počinilaca nasilja“ koji se u opštinama Višegrad, Sokolac i Rogatica provodi od decembra 2016. godine, a pored predstavnika institucija prisutni su bili i donatori projekta g-din. David Saunders ispred UN Women-a i g-din Johan Norqvist ispred Švedske ambasade. Oni su pohvalili projekat, ali i ukazali na značaj zaštite od nasilja u porodici, te činjenicu da se u ovom području mora još mnogo raditi.
Prije početka okruglog stola, direktorka UG „Budućnost“ Gordana Vidović obišla je prostorije Doma zdravlja Višegrad, kojima je tom prilikom uručila donaciju u vidu lap top-a, printera i ormarića za arhiviranje dokumentacije, kao znak zahvalnosti za podršku tokom trajanja svih projektnih aktivnosti, naročito samog psihosocijalnog tretmana koji je u ovoj regiji uspješno završilo osam počinilaca.
Podsjećamo, projekat „Korak bliže ka eliminaciji nasilja u porodici/Psihosocijalni tretman počinilaca nasilja“ se pored opština Višegrad, Sokolac i Rogatica (regija Istočno Sarajevo), uspješno provodi i u opštinama Srebrenica, Bratunac i Milići (regija Bijeljina) u saradnji sa našim parnerima u projektu Udruženjem „Vive žene“ iz Tuzle.

The Citizens’ Association “Buducnost” held a roundtable on the topic “The importance of psychosocial treatment of perpetrators of violence in BiH” in Visegrad last week, where a large number of representatives of institutions, non-governmental sector from Visegrad and neighboring municipalities took part.
Roundtable was also an opportunity to present the results of previous activities in the project “A step closer to eliminating domestic violence / Psychosocial treatment of perpetrators of violence”, which is being implemented in the municipalities of Visegrad, Sokolac and Rogatica since December 2016, and besides the representatives of the institutions, the donors of the project were also prezent: in front of the UN Women Mr. David Saunders and in front of the Swedish Embassy Mr. Johan Norqvist. They praised the project, but also pointed out the importance of protection against domestic violence, and the fact that much work has yet to be done in this area.
Before the start of the round table, director of “Buducnost” Gordana Vidović visited the premises of the Health Center Visegrad, which on that occasion donated a donation in the form of lap top, printer and cabinets for document archiving as a sign of gratitude for support during the duration of all project activities, especially the psychosocial treatment itself, which has successfully completed eight perpetrators in this region.
The project “A step closer to eliminating domestic violence / Psychosocial treatment of perpetrators of violence”, in addition to the municipalities of Visegrad, Sokolac and Rogatica (East Sarajevo region), is successfully implemented in the municipalities of Srebrenica, Bratunac and Milici (Bijeljina region) in cooperation with our partners in project by the Association “Vive zene” from Tuzla.
